help you fix your problem The possibility of implementing this aside, this strikes me as a terrible idea - you're going to include the connection string in plaintext on the client side, so that anyone accessing the HTML page can see your DB username & password?
You could technically do this using ActiveX - Google 'ActiveXObject("ADODB.Connection");' for information on that, but it would only really work on Internet Explorer browsers. You'd be much better off implementing a server-side interface in a language such as PHP, C#, or even Server-Side JS (ie Node.js) to maintain security & cross-browser compatibility.

Does that help In the AsteriskNOW environment, to get res_odbc.so, which is the module that provides the ODBC resource to Asterisk, you need to have the asterisk-odbc package installed.
(Depending on how your AsteriskNOW installation is configured with respect to the packages.asterisk.org repositories, you may need asterisk18-odbc or a similar versioned package instead.)

I wish this helpful for you L"stringName" means this is Unicode string, using SQLDriverConnectA can solve the problem.
eg:
code :
SQLDriverConnectA(sqlconnectionhandle,
         NULL,
         "Driver={SQL Server};Server=serverIP, 1433;Database=DBName;Uid=aaa;Pwd=bbb;",
         SQL_NTS,
         retconstring,
         1024,
         NULL,
         SQL_DRIVER_NOPROMPT))

To fix this issue Although ACCESS has some weak points regarding security, you can do few things to minimize the risks. One of them would be compile the DB to ACCDE. This way VBA is compiled and not visible.
You can create a public function that returns a string
code :
Public Function GET_CONNECTION_STRING() as STRING
' construct your connection string here with server name and password
    GET_CONNECTION_STRING = "DRIVER={" & Driver & "};PORT=" & mPort & ";DATABASE=" & mDatabase & ";SERVER={" & mServer & "};UID=" & mUser & ";PWD={" & mPassword & "};"
End Function
For Each tdf In db.TableDefs
   If tdf.connect <> vbNullString Then
       tdf.connect = GET_CONNECTION_STRING & ";TABLE=" & tdf.name
       tdf.RefreshLink
    End If
Next tdf
For Each myQuerydef In MyDB.QueryDefs
    If Left(myQuerydef.connect, 4) = "ODBC" Then
        myQuerydef.connect = "ODBC;" & GET_CONNECTION_STRING
        myQuerydef.Close
    End If
   Next
public function getCrruserID() as int
   'check your public variable crr_user_id if its empty redirect to login
   if nz(crr_user_id,0) = 0 then
     'go to login and save the user id after successful login
   else
      getCrruserID = crr_user_id
   end if
end function
dim db as DAO.Database
set db = currentdb
dim rs as Dao.Recordset
set rs = db.openrecordset("select something from your linked table")
db.execute "update command", dbfailonerror

wish help you to fix your issue Here's the issue and how it was solved:
Legacy system that started probably in Access 97 (.mdb) that is currently in Access 2013 (.accdb) format. (We aren't budgeted to re-platform the system until next year)
