code :
  class Mage_Catalog_Model_Resource_Product_Collection extends   Mage_Catalog_Model_Resource_Collection_Abstract

  public function addCategoryFilterH($request)
  {

    $this->_productLimitationFilters['category_id'] =$request;
    unset($this->_productLimitationFilters['category_is_anchor']);

    $this->_applyZeroStoreProductLimitations();

    $this->_applyProductLimitations();

        return $this;
<?php
$thiscount=clone $this;
$this1=clone $this;
$comparecats=array();
?>
 <?php foreach($thiscount->getItems() as $_item): ?>
        <?php

$att=$_item->getCategoryIds();
array_push($comparecats,$att[0]);

 ?>
  <?php endforeach;

echo "<br>";

 ?>

<?php

$comparecats = array_unique($comparecats);

$this2= clone $this;

?>

<?php foreach ($comparecats  as $cateid):
unset($this);
$this2=clone $this1;
$this2->getItems()->addCategoryFilterByCategoryId($cateid);

wish help you to fix your issue The dir() does not try to provide a complete output, just a reasonable approximation that is useful in the interactive interpreter.
The reason for dir to not include __mro__ and mro in the output can be found in the source code, under Objects/object.c at line 1812:
code :
/* Helper for PyObject_Dir of type objects: returns __dict__ and __bases__.
   We deliberately don't suck up its __class__, as methods belonging to the
   metaclass would probably be more confusing than helpful.
*/
static PyObject *
_specialized_dir_type(PyObject *obj)
>>> '__mro__' in object.__dict__
False
>>> '__mro__' in type.__dict__
True
>>> 'mro' in object.__dict__
False
>>> 'mro' in type.__dict__
True
class A(object):
  def __dir__(self):
    return ['a', 'b', 'c']

print(dir(A()), dir(A))
(['a', 'b', 'c'], ['__class__', '__delattr__', '__dict__', '__dir__', '__doc__', '__format__', '__getattribute__', '__hash__', '__init__', '__module__', '__new__', '__reduce__', '__reduce_ex__', '__repr__', '__setattr__', '__sizeof__', '__str__', '__subclasshook__', '__weakref__'])
class MyMeta(type):
  def __dir__(self):
    return ['a', 'b', 'c']

class A(object, metaclass=MyMeta):
  # __metaclass__ = MyMeta   # in python 2

  def __dir__(self):
    return ['a', 'b', 'c', 'd']

print(dir(A()), dir(A))
(['a', 'b', 'c', 'd'], ['a', 'b', 'c'])

hop of those help? You can use ROW_NUMBER() to tag each attribute per value then select only those that were tagged for all stock_id
code :
SELECT attribute_id,
       "value"
  FROM (SELECT *,
               (SELECT COUNT(DISTINCT stock_id)
                  FROM stock_attributes) cnt,
               ROW_NUMBER() OVER (PARTITION BY "value",
                                               attribute_id
                                      ORDER BY stock_id) rnum
          FROM stock_attributes
       ) a
 WHERE cnt = rnum
attribute_id    value
10              Metal

wish of those help Use sentence2vec or word2vec library to convert the texts into vectors. After that use cosine similarity between vectors.
keep some threshold value of similarity or the vectors with maximum similarity values will be the matched products.
