help you fix your problem I have a practical exam in web technologies so html, css, javascript and (possibly) php. I'm still learning and just wondered if you guys had any advice. HTML im fine with, css sometimes takes me time to get right and javascript and php get a bit messy! It's open book, so what would you suggest taking with me? , An iPhone (plus some words to make this pithy response longer...)

hope this fix your issue In all likelihood you're going to have to take the EAV approach (as described in another answer) and create a data dictionary. You would then not only be storing the specific data for an exam, but you would also have a table structure for storing data that defines the data in an exam (exam templates, relationships between values, etc.). You're basically using the relational aspect of your RDBMS to create your own relationship system.
This sounds complex--and it is, to an extent, though not as much as it might seem--but it's worth it in the long run if you intend for this medical system to be scalable and maintainable.
code :
exam:
    exam id,
    date,
    patient id,
...other miscellaneous scalar data thats 1-1 with an exam

exam value:
    exam value id,
    exam id,
    value id,
    value
value:
    value id,
    description

group:
    group id,
    description

group value:
    group value id,
    group id,
    value id,
    sort order

should help you out Can each MCQ and NQ appear for more than one course? If so you need a mapping table that holds foreign keys of the questions and the courses. If any given question can only be used by one Course, just have it hold the course's foreign key in the question table.
I fail to see the applicability of a sequence in this scenario...

wish help you to fix your issue Adding to the correct answer of Bozho:
CDI is a superset of JSF's managed beans, and JSF will eventually deprecate their own native managed bean system. In JSF 2.2 steps have already been taken for this.

wish help you to fix your issue I think it's not possible to force a website (or web application, respectively) to stay for an unlimited time in fullscreen mode. The reason is pretty simple: user security. As Craig Buckler explains in this blog post:
