will help you While some encryption algorithms are easier to break then others, the weak spot is more about key generation. If your key generation algorithm is predictable, it will be easier to figure out your key and decrypt the packet.
So, I wouldn't sweat which encryption algorithm (AES is fine). But make sure you have a good source of real randomness to generate your keys.

I wish did fix the issue. It doesn't have to. All that RFC 2246 says is "The server will select a cipher suite". Nowhere does it say it will pick the most secure, or indeed anything about how it will make that selection.

wish helps you You are using Base64 to encode your text, which uses only 64 ASCII characters.
I don't know of any popular encoding that uses the first 128 characters, since that would imply the use of the ASCII NUL character and various other control characters. If you are OK with just a plain binary string, you can simply remove the line

it helps some times A Caesar cipher just replaces each plain text character with one a fixed number of places away down the alphabet. Assuming no casing, and English text, then it is trivial to produce all possible 26 decryptions and just pick out the correct one by eye.
For a substitution cipher you need to generalise your solution. A simplified method is to do a frequency count as you've suggested, and sort characters in descending order of frequency. Map those to the letters (again for English) ETAOINSRHOLUCMFYWGPBVKXQJZ (so for example assume the most frequent character represents an E, the next most frequent a T and so on). Use the mapping to do the decryption. The more cipher text you have the better the decryption will be. It is unlikely to be completely accurate but will give you enough information to fill in the gaps manually.

hope this fix your issue You should also add BSSID with the conf. Even though different networks have same SSIDs, they will have different BSSID. Adding that line will do.

With these it helps I'm no expert at this but, you are specifying CBC mode which requires an initialization vector (IV), which for AES is a 16-byte parameter.
