wish helps you I have found one fix to this. It is slightly different from the suggested Handling orientation changes with Fragments one:
code :
    public View onCreateView(LayoutInflater inflater, ViewGroup container,
            Bundle savedInstanceState) {
     if (!fragment.isInLayout() && container == null) return null;
     ...
     }

around this issue I try StanislavL's suggestion,and it worked on my target. I defined a class to extend the container,and override the remove method,then judge the component's name and decide it should be removed or not.
Is it necessary to call `unmountComponentAtNode` if the component's container is removed?

it fixes the issue Yes, it is important to call unmountComponentAtNode() because if you don't do this, none of the components below in the tree will know they have been unmounted.
User-defined components often do something in componentDidMount that creates a reference to the tree from the global environment. For example, you may add a window event handler (which isn't managed by React), a Redux store subscription, a setInterval call, etc. All of this is fine and normal as long as these bindings are removed in componentWillUnmount.

it fixes the issue So I've figured out why the application wasn't loaded any more. In the worklist (the endpoint when back-navigation was executed), I implemented an appstate in order to store previously set filters.
The appstate is stored via a key in the URL, because of this key, the manifest couldn't map the popover-application destination once it was tried to be opened.
code :
"routes": [
    {
        "pattern": ":?query:",
        "name": "popoverapp",
        "target": [
                "popoverapp"
        ]
    }
],

I think the issue was by ths following , The solution is to call the Container component by name using the ‘.getComponent’ method and then call the Text Area using the standard method. The combined code is below for setting to the Parameter Comments.
code :
Comments = event.source.parent.parent.getComponent('ContainerName').getComponent('TextArea1').text
