Is there a Google App Engine equivalent that lets you use SOAP with Java and is free or a GAE supported SOAP library?

hop of those help? Spring WS is nice and I believe you can pick from JIBX, JAXB, or XStream. XStream should work fine in GAE, but I don't know about JIBX as it uses bytecode manipulation.

I think the issue was by ths following , I've been searching for SOAP client libraries for Java and have found a plethora of libraries based on the idea of building stub and proxy classes based on a WSDL. I'm interested in allowing the user to enter a WSDL at runtime, parsing the WSDL, then allowing the user to perform operations on the Web Service. , Later than never. :)
You should achieve that in two steps:
code :
package com.mycompany.demo;

import javax.xml.namespace.QName;
import javax.xml.ws.Service;

public class Client {
  public static void main(String args[]) {
    QName serviceName = new QName("http://org.apache.cxf", "stockQuoteReporter");
    Service s = Service.create(serviceName);

    QName portName = new QName("http://org.apache.cxf", "stockQuoteReporterPort");
    Dispatch<DOMSource> dispatch = s.createDispatch(portName,
                                                  DOMSource.class,
                                                  Service.Mode.PAYLOAD);
    ...
  }
}
// Creating a DOMSource Object for the request
DocumentBuilder db = DocumentBuilderFactory.newDocumentBuilder();
Document requestDoc = db.newDocument();
Element root = requestDoc.createElementNS("http://org.apache.cxf/stockExample", "getStockPrice");
root.setNodeValue("DOW");
DOMSource request = new DOMSource(requestDoc);
// Dispatch disp created previously
DOMSource response = dispatch.invoke(request);

I hope this helps . The server's WSDL schema seems to be broken - it references named objects without importing them.
See the suds documentation on fixing broken schemas on how to work around that with suds.
code :
from suds.xsd.doctor import Import
from suds.xsd.doctor import ImportDoctor
from suds.client import Client

url = 'https://personyze.com/site/service/service/social_archive/'
tns = 'urn:SocialArchiveServiceProviderwsdl'

imp = Import('http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/', 'http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/')
imp.filter.add(tns)
client = Client(url,plugins=[ImportDoctor(imp)])

print client.service.select({"server_id":123456, "api_key":123456}, "user_id")

will be helpful for those in need Did you replace or copy paste some code that caused a replacement of single quotation mark with apostrophe? Please see this article for some background information.
You could simply go to the _ init _.py file in question and see why line 134 is misread and see if you can fix it from there. If it's not incorrect in the file and it's just not being encoded properly, then adding this to the top of the .py file should work:
code :
# -*- coding: utf-8 -*-

I wish this help you Give http://docs.python-zeep.org/en/latest/ a try. I'm the author and it's fairly new but it is imho one of the better options available now. I'm also trying to get as much feedback as possible since soap has a lot of edge cases.
