hop of those help? This is most easily done by importing the System.Windows.Media namespace, which gives you more to work with and a simpler API than getting the font out of a ByteArray

this one helps. Strange-looking error, but just switch your validation profile to CSS level 3 and that will sort it. You can find this in a drop-down menu on the page where you entered your code to validate.

To fix the issue you can do Because according to the definition from W3C, font-size must be there if you include font-family.
code :
[
    [ <‘font-style’> || <font-variant-css21> || <‘font-weight’> || <‘font-stretch’> ]?
    <'font-size'>
    [ / <'line-height'> ]?
    <'font-family'>
]             |
caption       |
icon          |
menu          |
message-box   |
small-caption |
status-bar

it should still fix some issue Developer Tools > Elements > Computed > Rendered Fonts
The picture you attached to your question shows the Style tab. If you change to the next tab, Computed, you can check the Rendered Fonts, that shows the actual font-family rendered.

I wish did fix the issue. I have a function that loops through all CSS files in directory and looks for @font-face. , Use something like this:
code :
$fontregex = '~@font-face[^}]*?font-family:\s*"([^"]+)"[^}]*?font-weight:\s*([^;]+);[^}]*?font-style:\s*([^;]+);~';
preg_match_all($fontregex, $mycss, $matches,PREG_SET_ORDER);
print_r($matches);
Array
(
    [0] => Array
        (
            [0] => @font-face
{
    font-family: "din";
    src: url("din-webfont.eot");
    src: url("din-webfont.eot?#iefix") format("embedded-opentype"),  url("din-webfont.woff") format("woff"), url("din-webfont.ttf") format("truetype");
    font-weight: normal;
    font-style: normal;
            [1] => din
            [2] => normal
            [3] => normal
        )

    [1] => Array
        (
            [0] => @font-face
{
    font-family: "din";
    src: url("din_bold-webfont.eot");
    src: url("din_bold-webfont.eot?#iefix") format("embedded-opentype"), url("din_bold-webfont.woff") format("woff"), url("din_bold-webfont.ttf") format("truetype");
    font-weight: bold;
    font-style: normal;
            [1] => din
            [2] => bold
            [3] => normal
        )

it helps some times Could be shortened to single function by adjusting html , js ; setting id of element to property to be set at css ; substituting normal for regular at fontFamily element ; using RegExp.prototype.test() to check for digit in value of element to return length value including "px" or string of select value when setting css value.
html
code :
Font Size:
<select name="fontSize" id="fontSize">
    <option>-</option>
    <option value="24">24</option>
    <option value="16">16</option>
</select>
<br />Font Type:
<select name="fontFamily" id="fontFamily">
    <option>-</option>
    <option value="verdana">Verdana</option>
    <option value="arial">Arial</option>
</select>
<br />Font Weight:
<select name="fontWeight" id="fontWeight">
    <option>-</option>
    <option value="bold">Bold</option>
    <option value="normal">Normal</option>
</select>
<div>
<textarea id="label" class='address'>Hello 123</textarea>
<textarea class='address'>Hello 123</textarea>
</div>
$(function () {
    $("[id^=font]").on("change", function () {
       $(".address")
       .css(this.id, /\d/.test(this.value) ? this.value + "px" : this.value);
    });
});
