hop of those help? Most productive? That's going to vary greatly from person to person. You shouldn't focus on what works best for other people or details like precise window placement... figure out what works best for you with some trial and error.
For me, multiple monitors are important. I keep code and tools (Eclipse, SQL manager, etc) open on one, and use the other for the console and the running program (whatever it may be: website, windowed application, etc).

will help you There is a lot of enthusiasm around MVC right now, but if you are starting a new dev project right now I'd still recommend that you carefully consider before jumping on the MVC train just yet.
For most dev teams on any non-trivial project, there are some serious considerations. Here are the ones I find most relevant:
httpmodules httphandlers, whats the ideal use of them? when to use and when not to use?

hope this fix your issue you could use httpmodules for authentication, auditing or url-rewriting. Since every request first passes through all modules, before it's handled by the httphandler, this is the place to apply code that you want to run before your specific application code.
You would use an httphandler if you don't want to rely on the asp.net engine. for example you could write your own rendering mechanism based on AJAX, XML and XSLT which does not rely on traditional asp.net pages.

should help you out Use branches. "Development A", "Production" and "Development B" are particular branches. People that collaborate work on the same branch. Development branches that are ready get merged into the production branch.
The above should work regardless of the VCS you decide to use as long as branches are supported.

wish helps you The for cycle in your sine function doesn't seem to be right. You're checking for i > 0, yet you initialize it to 3 and increment it in steps of 2. That cycle might only be broken when i overflows, but that is undefined behavior (see here).
