should help you out To get a handle to the File object representing the root of the SD card's filesystem you can use, Environment.getExternalStorageDirectory().
Listing the files in a directory is relatively straight forward using the File object's listFiles() method.

I wish this helpful for you Your question is not very clear but if you want to play the file after saving it in the sdcard you can do something like that since you know the path to your file.
code :
FileDescriptor fd = null;
File baseDir = Environment.getExternalStorageDirectory();
String audioPath = baseDir.getAbsolutePath() + /TAUKY/AUDIO/SOUND_ + timeStamp + ".mp3";
FileInputStream fis = new FileInputStream(audioPath);
fd = fis.getFD();

MediaPlayer mediaPlayer = new MediaPlayer();
mediaPlayer.setDataSource(fd);
mediaPlayer.prepare();
mediaPlayer.start();
