Does that help For the resync, the first argument to trac-admin is the trac environment directory. So run

With these it helps For one thing, the slashes in your pathname are backwards for a Windows system. That's probably not enough to derail the script, though.
When I've had issues with hook scripts failing but working when run manually, it's often come down to one of two things: what the script sees as the "current working directory" at the time it's executed, and the user account under which the script runs. You can solve the first problem by using absolute paths inside the script or by explicitly changing to a specific directory as the first line of the script. The second problem can be a bit trickier. Sometimes it's caused by permissions issues, and sometimes it's caused by the script running as a user that has a different PATH.

will be helpful for those in need For most scenarios you'll need to reinstall Trac after installing Babel. This shouldn't cause you any concern, and should not affect your data (though follow the common advice of always making a backup before doing anything).
If you have installed Trac from the source, you can force the catalogs to compile using the command: python setup.py compile_catalog -f. However, that really should not be necessary and you should be able to just run python setup.py install again. If you installed using easy_install, executing easy_install again should be sufficient.

To fix this issue Credit goes to bitnami forum, especially Jota, thank you!. I fixed the issue by using bitnami wordpress module alongside magento. Login to the server then do
code :
wget https://bitnami.com/redirect/to/548719/bitnami-wordpress-5.2.1-0-module-linux-x64-installer.run

chmod 755 bitnami-wordpress-5.2.1-0-module-linux-x64-installer.run

sudo ./bitnami-wordpress-5.2.1-0-module-linux-x64-installer.run

it helps some times Imports were working from command line. The problem turned out to be the path. It wasn't working setting the python path in the script file or as an system variable as PYTHON_PATH or PYTHONPATH. It would run the python command correctly like that but would then not use the correct svn bindings. Adding the python dir location to the system Path worked. thanks anyway!
