code :
Dim cm As ContextMenuStrip = cms_Listview
ListView1.ContextMenuStrip = cm
Private Sub tsmi_copy_Click(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles tsmi_copy.Click
    If ListView1.SelectedItems.Count = 0 Then Exit Sub
    Clipboard.Clear()
    Clipboard.SetText(ListView1.SelectedItems(0).Text)

Hope this helps This code is working for one single selected item: In the top: , First, you have to enable multiselect:
code :
ListView1.MultiSelect = true;
private void menuStrip_ItemClicked(object sender, ToolStripItemClickedEventArgs e)
{
    ListView.SelectedListViewItemCollection selectedItems =
    ListView1.SelectedItems;
    if (e.ClickedItem.Text == "Copy")
    {
         String text = "";
         foreach ( ListViewItem item in selectedItems )
         {
              text += item.SubItems[1].Text;
         }
         Clipboard.SetText(text);
    }
}

I wish did fix the issue. SOLUTION
Instead of using a listView layout, I used the alertDialog.setAdapter(). Here's the code
code :
     alertDialogList.setAdapter(adapter, DialogInterface.OnClickListener { _, which ->
            val item = adapter.getItem(which) //this is my code to copy clicked items on clipboard
            myClip = ClipData.newPlainText("text", item)
            myClipboard?.primaryClip = myClip
})
