Hope that helps You may want to take a look at the Auto Mapping abilities of Fluent NHibernate: http://wiki.fluentnhibernate.org/Auto_mapping

this will help How do I generate xml mappings files as part of my tests in MappingIntegrationTests , You can do something like:
code :
 config.Mappings(m =>
    {
        m.FluentMappings.ExportTo("...file path here...");
        m.HbmMappings.ExportTo("...file path here...");
        m.AutoMappings.ExportTo("...file path here...");
    {
);

I hope this helps . LLBLGen Pro V3 will do exactly this, it can generate either tradition .hbm.xml or fluent mappings for your entire database.

I hope this helps you . You can accomplish this by mapping the stored procedures as named queries. There is a good write up on this at NHForge.org. You can create the stored procedures themselves as part of your schema generation using database-object mappings; see here for details.
As far as some sort of pre-built tool goes to accomplish this, you're pretty much out of luck. However, implementing this as described above is trivial.
NHibernate mappings with generic base classes

NHibernate mappings with generic base classes

this will help I figured out what I needed to do. For the classes that implemented the generic base class (CommerceCollection) I had to add a map for the generic collection with it's argument and then specify the KeyColumn property on the subclass.
Here is the new CartMap:
code :
public class CartCollectionMap : CommerceCollectionMap<CartItem> {}

    public class CartMap: SubclassMap<Cart>
    {
        public CartMap()
        {
            KeyColumn("CommerceCollection_id");
        }
    }
CREATE TABLE Cart (CommerceCollection'1_id int PRIMARY KEY)

wish helps you I don't believe NHibernate would be able to compile both together to create a singular mapping. If the goal is to use a different set of mappings in one app versus another, you need to simply create two different mappings. If the goal is to have subclasses, there is a SubclassMapping interface you can extend.
Edit:
code :
NHibernateConfiguration.BeforeBindMapping += (sender, args) => args.Mapping.autoimport = false;

            var pluginMappings = new PluginMapper().Mappings;

            foreach (var hbmMapping in pluginMappings)
                NHibernateConfiguration.AddDeserializedMapping(hbmMapping, "PluginModel");

            var mainAppMappings = new AppMapper().Mappings;

            foreach (var hbmMapping in mainAppMappings)
                NHibernateConfiguration.AddDeserializedMapping(hbmMapping, "AppModel");
